    I has a long phone call with the call Center. And was very unhappy with the Service in the Office. But then, the 2 Workers come over and helles me with the absence of heating. They did such a good job and were so attentive so a big thank you to Anthony biesen Joel ciesielski And I hope the call center will work that well as well😊

    Wir sind seit 1 Woche ohne Heizung und das Ende November. Climalux ist beauftragt, Kommunikation momentanen nicht möglich, kein Rückruf oder ähnliches. Man ist aufgeschmissen mit dieser Firma. Sowas und professionelles.

    Pay attention when you buy a property and this company works with your developer. Climalux is unprofessional for installation as if they just hire a person without any experience even a normal person can better do that job. They charge you a lot for their services but you don’t get what you pay for. When you claim some issues to them, they think you abuse them! If they do their works properly there will be no complaints!
