En tant qu'intérimaire, c'est très compliqué de travaillé chez eux, la mafia portugaise pourrie les autres nationalités, il y en a que pour eux. Un collaborateur d'une autre entreprise me disait, que plus personne ne veut travailler dans le TP au Luxembourg à cause d'eux. Il y a quand-même, des portugais qui sont correctes mais il faut faire attention à qui on parle. Si tu ne parle pas portugais, on t'exclus assez rapidement, pour mieux te salir et te sortir.

Newly turnover apartment had a lot of defects. If you did not noticed it within the 30 days period after the turnover they will not take any actions even if the evidence points that their is a defect on their contructions. Also, they rush you to signed the documents that they need but they act so slow in fixing the issue.

Problems in the façade and wood decking of a new residence in Luxembourg. The residence has less than 5 years and CLE (builder) does not address the issues under the 10 years warranty and simply ignore the emails from the clients. Not recommended. In relation to the wood decking, it is in a very bad shape and the company simply says that the warranty (2 years) has expired - it would be great if builders could think that people buy apartments to live for dozens of years and not only two years....
