I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of the work and the customer service. The construction work was unfinished and carried out very poorly. The walls were not straight, and the plastering was full of defects, including holes, bumps, and an uneven finish. The workmanship was unacceptable. Because of the poor quality, I had to hire another company to redo the work, which resulted in additional costs and wasted time. Customer service was equally disappointing. After I sent photos documenting the issues, no one responded to my emails, answered my phone calls, or called me back. There was no attempt to resolve the problems or provide any support. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
