Worst experience with agent Marianna Weber. We were 8 minutes late due to traffic (I was visiting bourglinster from schifflange and despite leaving well on time, heavy rain caused some unusually heavy traffic on the highway) and I tried calling her but she of course had given no mobile number to contact so I called the office to inform her. No one picked up. I was almost there when she called me from a NO caller ID at 17:05 and I immediately told her I was to reach in 2-3 minutes. Once we arrived she was so badly behaved and acted like she was doing us a huge favour by showing us the house. She still had 10 minutes to her next appointment but kept rushing us with random excuses like the “tenant has to leave and I have to leave because I can’t stay here all evening, Madame who asks you to stay here all evening? When for the SECOND time I asked the tenant directly about the utility charges she started to behave ignorant like she doesn’t know tenants ask these normal questions. I was simply shocked at her unprofessional attitude. It was a huge put off and I’d be very wary of dealing with an unprofessional agent like this who behaves like she is doing us a favour by doing her own job for which she’s paid. I liked the apartment but will not be proceeding with it because of my bad experience with this agent. I hope she takes classes in manners and etiquette and improves before she loses more clients for the agency. Having said that I have met Mr. Pit before and was very happy with his work so I’d say this review is specific to this 1 employee and not aimed at the agency.
