Habe meine Wohnung durch die Firma "Immobilière Biewer & Spautz s.à r.l." vermieten lassen. Der Erstkontakt mir Herrn Spautz war sehr höflich und kompetent. Auch die Bestandsaufnahme und das Fotografieren der Wohnug war mehr als professionell. Die Vermietung lief reibungslos und sehr schnell. Mein Fazit: - super freundlich - sehr professionell - sehr kompetent. Persönlich kann ich die Agence sehr weitermpfehlen.

Lacks professionalism. A real-estate agent, whose only instrument of negotiation is not responding to calls or messages. Though we dealt with Mr. Spautz as a buyer, I will never trust him to negotiate well on my behalf if I were a seller.

We had a wonderful experience with Gaby and her employees. They were so helpful through every step of searching and buying a home. We had many questions as we were new to the home buying process and we were always given quick responses. They worked with our schedules to see the house and we really have no complaints. We would recommend them if you are looking for a nice, smooth, house buying or renting experience.
