Entreprise lamentable qui a abandonné le projet de notre crèche pour la raison suivante : un client s'est présenté le lendemain de la validation de notre devis avec un projet plus important financièrement. Le gérant assume pleinement d'annuler des projets lorsqu'un client avec un projet plus onéreux et plus facile à réaliser se présente. Nous avions pourtant déjà validé son devis et convenu d'une date. Il a volontairement retardé l'envoi des derniers documents de finalisation, car il devait rencontrer, le matin même, un client plus important, selon ses propres dires. Gérant lamentable, sans aucune valeur ni éthique. Pour répondre à votre réponse malhonnête, nous allons partager votre message initial, envoyé après la validation de notre projet, afin que les personnes à la recherche de professionnels honnêtes, sérieux et compétents puissent se faire leur propre opinion. Pour commencer, les travaux de peinture qui vous avaient été confiés concernaient uniquement des espaces fermés au public pendant la durée des travaux. Notre crèche comporte plusieurs étages. Nous étions donc parfaitement autorisés à occuper le premier étage pendant que vous réalisiez les travaux de peinture dans une pièce située au rez-de-chaussée que nous n'utilisions pas. Vous aviez parfaitement connaissance de ces informations, puisque vous vous étiez malgré tout engagé à effectuer ces travaux en juillet, puis à reprendre le reste du projet en septembre. Initialement, vous deviez donc reprendre le projet en septembre, après la fin des congés collectifs. Mais, par la suite, vous avez reporté cette date à octobre car, comme vous nous l'avez indiqué par téléphone, mot pour mot, un client avec un projet plus onéreux de 200 000 euros et plus facile à réaliser s'était présenté après notre accord. Les travaux ne pourraient donc reprendre qu'en octobre. Vous nous avez alors demandé de comprendre, en affirmant qu'il s'agissait d'une opportunité qui ne se refusait pas. Lorsque nous vous avons répondu que nous ne débattrions pas de valeurs et d'éthique, puisque visiblement nous n'avions rien en commun sur ce point, vous nous avez rétorqué que nous devrions finalement également nous débrouiller pour la pièce qui devait être réalisée au mois de juillet. À la suite de notre avis public, vous nous avez harcelés pour que nous le retirions et avez menacé de nous signaler aux autorités compétentes concernant notre projet de rénovation. Pourtant, ce sont précisément ces mêmes autorités qui nous autorisent à effectuer les travaux de rénovation de notre crèche. En plus d'être malhonnête, vous cherchez à vous faire passer pour une personne éthique, alors que vous êtes tout le contraire et que plus de la moitié de vos avis semblent provenir de profils n'ayant aucun lien avec le Luxembourg. La fraude peut fonctionner un temps, mais pas indéfiniment au Luxembourg. Comptez sur des personnes comme nous pour dénoncer ces pratiques et permettre à chacun de se faire son propre avis.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I think it's important to share my experience. Florian arrived on time for the appointment, was polite, professional during the visit, and took the time to go through the entire property with us, taking measurements and discussing the renovation work. The meeting itself was very pleasant. From the very beginning, I was completely transparent with him. I explained that my husband and I own a similar renovation business, but because we are fully booked with our clients, we couldn't simply stop our activity to renovate our own future house and put client retention at risk. We therefore split the work in what we can do ourselves and what needs to be done by another company and we needed detailed quotes for the bank as part of our mortgage application. Florian was aware that we were working under very tight deadlines, with both the bank waiting for the quotations to approve the loan and the seller wanting to complete the sale quickly. After the visit, however, we never received the promised quotes. We called, sent text messages, and followed up several times without ever receiving a response. I even told Florian that if he no longer intended to prepare the quotations, I would completely understand, I simply asked him to let me know so I could immediately contact another company instead of waiting. Unfortunately, I never heard from him again. What disappoints me most is not that they chose not to take on the project; every company has the right to decline work. The disappointing part is the complete lack of communication. A simple message saying they were unable to provide the quotes would have allowed us to move on immediately. Instead, valuable time was lost for us, the real estate agent, and the bank, putting our property purchase at risk. The initial appointment deserved 5 stars, but the complete absence of any follow-up or communication afterwards was, in my opinion, unprofessional.

Responsive, practical and genuinely customer-friendly — a rare find in Luxembourg! I contacted iService for an urgent floor repair assessment as I was in the middle of moving out of a rented apartment and needed a professional opinion quickly. Not only did they respond immediately, but they were able to come and assess the situation the same day — something I truly didn't expect. What really stood out was their approach: rather than proposing a full floor renovation (which other services were pushing), the technician immediately understood the actual problem and focused on how to fix it specifically. The pricing reflected that same no-nonsense mindset — proportionate and fair. The man who came was also extremely pleasant, punctual and professional. To put things in perspective, I had sent requests to three other companies (in both French and Luxembourgish!) and not a single one replied. iService responded faster than I could have hoped. I haven't yet completed the work with them, but I can honestly say that from the very first contact, the communication was fast, efficient and genuinely enjoyable. iService est une petite entreprise de rénovation fondée par Florin Secara. Elle emploie dix personnes, principalement roumaines. Je les ai trouvés sur Google Maps car ils étaient situés près de chez moi. Florin m'a fait très bonne impression et je l'ai choisi car ses devis, comparés à ceux de deux autres entreprises, étaient très similaires. De plus, un de mes meilleurs amis est roumain et travaille dans le bâtiment. La rénovation a été complète et très rapide (deux mois). Avant de commencer les travaux, ils ont tout protégé. Florin a personnellement coordonné le chantier. Il s'est adapté au calendrier de remplacement des fenêtres et m'a donné de précieux conseils pour gérer les difficultés posées par le syndic de copropriété. Il a veillé à ce que les travaux soient réalisés selon les normes de qualité les plus strictes et s'est occupé de la demande de crédit d'impôt à taux réduit de 3 %. Par exemple, il a insisté pour que le carrelage d'un mur de la salle de bain soit retiré car celui-ci n'était pas droit. Il a également fait réparer gratuitement certains dégâts causés par les installateurs de fenêtres. Il m'a fourni une facture détaillée pour chaque prestation. Les travaux supplémentaires survenus en cours de route (par exemple, la réfection des plafonds ou la restauration du parquet) ont été facturés séparément à un prix inférieur à celui initialement prévu. J'ai pu acheter une bonne partie des matériaux de construction (toilettes, meubles de salle de bain, douche, luminaires, etc.) et ils sont même allés les chercher chez le fournisseur pour accélérer les choses. Leur équipe est formidable et digne de confiance. J'ai parfois vu cinq ou sept personnes travailler simultanément pour terminer le chantier rapidement. Une fois le travail terminé, ils ont tout nettoyé. En résumé, cette entreprise est totalement fiable ; elle réalise tous types de travaux, rapidement, et offre un service plus personnalisé grâce à sa taille humaine. iService is a small renovation company founded by Florin Secara. They have ten employees, mostly Romanians. I found them on Google Maps because they were near my apartment. Florin made a very good impression on me, and I chose him because his quotes from two other providers were very similar, and one of my best friends is also Romanian and works in construction. The renovation was comprehensive and very quick (2 months). Before starting the work, they protected everything. Florin personally coordinated the work. He adapted to the window replacement schedule and gave me good advice on how to handle all the difficulties imposed by the homeowners' association. He ensured the work was done to the highest quality standards and managed the application for the super-reduced 3% tax credit. For example, he insisted on removing the tiles from one of the bathroom walls because the wall wasn't straight. He also arranged for some damage caused by the window installers to be fixed at no extra cost. He provided me with an invoice for everything. The additional work that came up along the way (e.g., redoing the ceilings or restoring the parquet flooring) was billed separately at a lower price than what would have been quoted under normal circumstances. I was able to buy a good portion of the building materials (toilets, bathroom furniture, shower, light fixtures, etc.), and they even went to pick them up from the supplier to speed things up. They have a great team of trustworthy people. Sometimes I saw five or seven people working simultaneously to get the job done quickly. When they finished, they cleaned everything. In short, this company is completely reliable; they do all kinds of work, they did it quickly, and they have a more personal touch because they are a small company.
