I don’t know why this company has a email contact. We emailed them several times , took time to explain what we want and sent pictures. No single reply. Only radio silence. Why do they advertise an email contact if in the end is just useless ?

EXCELLENT customer service! I called for some handyman work and even though the job was too small for what they usually do they sent two guys over to set up a closet for me. The guys were even able to adjust the closet to the space we needed. Incredible! I will be contacting them in the future for renovation services. Thank you!

Je ne peut que vivement recommander iService Sàrl. Monsieur Secara (le gérant) est toujours disponible et joignable. Il s’est personnellement déplacé à deux reprises pour remplacer des interrupteurs cassés, ce alors qu’on est quasiment mi-août et qu’en plus, il est en congé. Service au top!

IService did a complete internal renovation of our house in VDL. Florin and his crew shown to be very attentive to details, timelines and always open for suggestions that could fit our budget. While renovation of old houses might be tricky as surprises can (and will) appear, having someone to trust definitely makes the entire process much smoother.

The service was very professional, done on time and with no flaws, there were no comments from the owner with respect to the quality of the painting. If you are looking for a company for headache-free renovation (yes, it is possible!), go with iService! Florin and his crew are the best! We did a full renovation with them (electricity, walls, floors, three bathrooms, etc.), they finished ahead of time, and did an amazing job. The communication was always good between us and Florin, he gave daily updates, was very attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything is on time and as we dreamed it, even for some of my crazier requests. :D They won't try to rip you off or lie about any of the processes, you will always get the full honest picture, and solutions for pretty much anything. They were quick to arrange an appointment and come out. However they never issued a devis and after few attempts of contacting them I gave up. Lacks professionalism. Not a serious business imo Also I note this company has lots of advisement with reviews from users who have only posted one or two reviews. Usually these are ghost user I.e fake / purchased reviews.
