Équipe professionnelle, travail soigné et délais respectés. Nous sommes très satisfaits du résultat. Merci pour le service ! 😊

All of our windows have been initially installed by Gerard Weber. Now two windows have broken and as they were the ones who provided them, we chose them to repair them. Two workers arrived to fix a simple problem. That already seemed unnecessary, but then we received the bill. Both their times working counted for a total of 12 hours, but what adds to the insult is that they calculated the time that they were having lunch as well, so we basically were forced to pay for their lunch. In those 12 hours, the both of the workers somehow only managed to fix a singular window where the window shutter, so they said they needed to come a second time. Thing is they ask 235€ to drive over to our place so of course they would ask that amount again for the second day. We decided to cancel it and go to another place where they asked 1/5 of the price to fix the second window, everything included. And guess what, they only need a singular person to fix the problem. So I would 100% recommend to stay away from Gerard Weber, their ways are pretty scammy. Edit: Sorry guys, I would like to correct my previous statement as they have threatened to call their lawyer and sue me for my faulty review. They didn't just fix a singular window here during 12 hours, they actually corrected the window shutters and windows without using any new material. Also, they offered to pay us back the hours (30 minutes per worker) they took for their lunchbreak now. So the 11 hours working on corrections cost us 1k and then the second trip they planned to take to actually fix our window would have cost 500 for the replacement piece alone. The working hours not included mind you. I did mention the second place we went to afterwards, and as I want to be honest now, I will also mention that they charged us 280€ for the replacement piece and the working hours for the two visits the repairman needed. I would like to apologise for getting the details about the repairs from Menuiserie Weber wrong.

Ich habe zum ersten Mal gebaut und war anfangs sehr unsicher. Die Beratung war deshalb für mich besonders wichtig. Die Beratung war von Anfang an sehr verständlich, geduldig und auf Augenhöhe. Der Austausch war unkompliziert und schnell, auf Wünsche wurde immer eingegangen und es kamen auch eigene, sehr kreative Ideen, auf die ich selbst nie gekommen wäre. Die Holzmöbel fürs Bad sind wunderschön geworden, die Qualität und Verarbeitung der Möbel ist wirklich top. Sieht alles sehr hochwertig aus. Dazu war das gesamte Team jederzeit freundlich und angenehm im Umgang. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Wir haben bei Menuiserie Weber einen schlichten Einbauschrank anfertigen lassen, genau nach unseren Vorstellungen. Von der Beratung über die Planung bis zur Umsetzung waren wir rundum zufrieden. Der Service war professionell, zuverlässig und sehr angenehm. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die große Ausstellung vor Ort mit vielen hochwertigen Beispielen für Einrichtungen, Küchen und Schränke, die einen sehr guten Eindruck von den Möglichkeiten vermittelt. Klare Empfehlung.

Entreprise très sérieuse et travail de haute qualité. Après une visite du grand showroom donnant un aperçu du savoir-faire de la menuiserie, le bureau d’étude nous a proposé plusieurs variantes de plan nous permettant de finaliser notre projet d’aménagement. Le parquet massif, les portes, la cuisine, la bibliothèque et deux dressings sur mesures, ont été livrés / posés dans le délai impartit et sans aucun problème. Un tout grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre professionnalisme. Société à recommander sans hésitation.

Waren schnell zur Stelle und man wurde kompetent beraten. Die Arbeiten wurden innerhalb weniger Wochen erledigt. Preislich ebenfalls ganz fair.

All our window from our house are from Menuiserie Weber from 2016. Last year one broke in a million pieces, from the inside while we were on vacation. No responsibility was taken by Menuiserie Weber. Now we have an ongoing problem with our balcony window/door which is clearly do to a problem of the frame. Response from Menuiserie Weber: "We do not wish to work with you anymore". My advise: STAY AWAY from Menuiserie Weber!
