As I intend to change my gas heating installation in near future I contacted MKO in Schengen to fix an appoint and get an offer from them. Not easy to get an appointment and after a few trials getting feedback that my email landed in their Spam was not really convincing. Finally we fixed a visit on 31/10 and I arranged to be present for the discussions. The appointment was cancelled last minute and I was promised to get a new one in short. I contacted the company 2 times since then but finally after 3 month give it up. They seem to be very successful and busy if they do not need new customers
