Unprofessional company which I don’t recommend. The poor rating is for the following reasons: - they tried to cheat us in the price offer for painting the surface of the doors and windows which they considered as walls. This represented about 10% of the value of the offer; - finally they accepted to reduce the offer with about 5%, but they still wanted to charge us for the surface above the doors 3 times more expensive than the normal cost for that surface; - they replied with delay to our requests and questions. It took 15 days to received an answer from them to simple questions related to the materials they use; - although we replied very fast to all their emails, we basically had to call them every 2-3 days or to send reminders and sometimes we received vague and contradictory answers; - we also suggested to meet inside the apartment, but they never accepted justifying that they are familiar with the construction project - due to their delays in answering, the initial starting and finishing date of the works moved with 3 weeks justifying that meanwhile they signed a contract with another customer; - they never provided us a deadline for accepting the offer and they never informed us that they are in discussions with other customers for the same period of works. Even that we were frequently calling or writing emails, they never told us that the initial starting date can not be respected. I can not comment about the quality of their work, but I can for sure tell that they are not customer oriented and they want to make profit with any cost, even if this means to cheat the customers. Either they tried to cheat or their employees don’t have the technical skills to read a plan and to calculate the surface. I would avoid them or be very careful on the offers they prepare.
