The doors and windows are actually very good. The installers did a good job. However the vendor and after sales not so much. Instead of just fixing a small, more hidden damage (10min of actual work), endless needless discussions. Why would you instinctively blame your customers, especially in this price league? The vendor, besides not hiding well for how stupid he thought of me, slapped on 10% on the second offer (tried to). Mind, for the elements that didn't change. Also the windows didn't get cleaned after install. I mean not everyone owns the right products to remove glue residues... Spend a bit more and go all in Junglinster. My front door actually cost the same.

Avoid this company as they absolutely don’t care to get new business. I’ve sent three emails and called multiple times to confirm an existing offer/order and I asked for more offers for more works to be done- never got a reply- clearly don’t need the money. * I had major works done a few years ago and it all went well .

Try to avoid if you can. Horrible customer service. Needed to change a small door hinge that snapped. First the technician came to measure. After about a month! came for the installation BUT with the WRONG hinge. Then the office scheduled another appointment for a month away. Didn’t even apologize for such a delay. At the end I was charged €215, out of which €105 only for the drive of the technician. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business.

Highly recommended. A very friendly and professional service. Great attention to detail by a competent team of installation technicians powered by plenty of coffee 😉. Very pleased with the Cubo winter-garden that TEBA installed.

Eine Firma, können wir weiter empfehlen. Haben im Mai neue Fenster und eine neue Eingangstür bekommen, alles sehr sehr gut geklappt. Berater sehr freundlich, Empfang freundlich und die Arbeiter sehr gut gearbeitet und sauber. Sehr sehr zufrieden, fünf Sterne genügen nicht. Danke

Leider keine Empfehlung. Sehr mühsamer und langwieriger Prozess für 3 Raffstores. Bestellung 12/2021 für eine Fertigstellung 04/2024! Das Projekt wurde nur auf multiple Nachfragen überhaupt abgeschlossen.
