Nous sommes très contents d’avoir choisi ce constructeur pour la réalisation de notre maison et nous le recommandons vivement. Nous avons eu un très bon suivi tout au long du chantier, avec de bons conseils et une équipe toujours à l’écoute de nos demandes. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié leur disponibilité et leur réactivité, même après la remise des clefs. Une très bonne expérience du début à la fin, et nous sommes ravis de leur avoir fait confiance !

20 years after building our first house with Wiesen-Piront, we decided to use their services again for our second project. After initial contacts, we were pleased to see that quite a few people of the former crew were still around. Notably, our point of contact for the sale of the project and the setting up of the statement of works (cahier de charges) as well as the lead technician. It was reassuring to deal with people whom we were familiar with and had trusted 20 years ago. We also used their real estate agent to sell our previous house. The pictures they took for the advert were very professional and so beautiful that we “almost” 😉 did not want to sell in the end. In 20 years, construction has evolved, so have construction materials and the level of technology necessary to run a house nowadays is baffling. Thankfully, our lead technician was always available to explain items or procedures and if he didn’t have the answer, he made sure someone with the right information would contact us. Furthermore, we always had the option to meet with him during his “inspection” visits of the construction site and address open issues. Both him and us had a spreadsheet with open, pending and completed items. In our experience, building in Luxembourg takes all your energy and focus. We would not have started a second project, if it had not been with W-P. Of course, there were stumbling blocks, but W-P was never the issue. As a matter of fact, the problems we faced were elsewhere and if the could they assisted with those issues to the best of their abilities. One point in particular that we highly valued, was the fact that you only pay for something once it has been build and completed. Before the construction starts, you will know when certain amounts will be due and will have financial planning surety. If you decide you want a change request to the statement of works, they will send you a change order with the correct amount the change will cost. Only once you sign and confirm, the change will be implemented. So your financial planning is always accurate and you can track what all of your desired “extras” will end up costing. Who knows, maybe one day, we’ll do project number 3 with W-P – but first we enjoy project number 2 😊. Thank you to the whole team for their professionalism and work ethic.

Nous sommes ravis de notre construction. Le promoteur a été professionnel du début à la fin, mais c’est surtout Monsieur Panunzi qui a fait toute la différence. Son implication, sa gentillesse et son sens du travail bien fait ont rendu cette aventure sereine et agréable. Un immense merci.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. In our case, a photovoltaic system was installed on a roof that several independent roofing companies later confirmed was not suitable for such an installation. After the installation, we experienced significant water leaks, which ultimately forced us to replace our entire roof. What disappointed us most was not only the situation itself, but also the way our case was handled. Despite numerous meetings, inspections, quotations, and the involvement of lawyers, no fair solution was found. What we found particularly unacceptable was that, after the roof had been replaced, nine additional solar panels—which had been provided to us in writing, free of charge, as compensation for a planning error made by Wiesen-Piront were removed without our prior knowledge or consent. We are still waiting for a clear explanation. This experience has cost us a considerable amount of time, energy, and money. My advice to future customers: Have your roof inspected by an independent roofing specialist before installing solar panels, and make sure that every agreement and commitment is confirmed in writing.

I've never been so disappointed by a company. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Wiesen-Piront.

Wir sind 2025 in unser neu erbautes Haus eingezogen. Wiesen & Pirtont hat sich gelohnt, da die Firma von Anfang bis zum Ende des Bau‘s auf uns einging und so gut es machbar war auf unsere Wünsche positif agiert hat. Einige Male gab es Differenzen, aber im Grossen Ganzen hat die Leitung der Firma uns nie im Stich gelassen. Uns wurde um 21.00 Uhr abends vom Firmenchef zurückgerufen, wenn es schwierige Fragen gab. Vom Techniker bis zum Aussenbereich- Ingenieur hatten wir ein gutes Verhältnis . Der Bau ist stabil und unsere Extras wurden respektiert. Aber wir würden kein „Nearly 0 Energie Haus“ mehr bauen wollen.Die Raumluftfeuchtigkeit im Winter ist ständig unter der 40% Grenze. Der Staat möchte Energie sparen, aber die Gesundheit leidet erheblich. Im Sommer stehen unsere Fenster und Türen auf und im Winter können wir nicht ohne Luftbefeuchter sein. Mit WP zu bauen ist vollkommen in Ordnung, aber mit einer moderaten Energieklasse.

Il a toujours été à l’écoute, réactif et a su trouver des solutions à chaque situation. Même après la livraison de la maison, son suivi a été exemplaire. Il est resté disponible pour répondre à nos questions et intervenir rapidement lorsque cela était nécessaire, ce qui est très rassurant pour de nouveaux propriétaires. Notre maison a été construite par la société Wiesen-Piront et notre expérience avec la société Wiesen-Piront a été très positive. La qualité des travaux est excellente et l'ensemble du personnel est très professionnel. Notre technicien a toujours fait preuve d'une grande réactivité et a répondu à toutes nos demandes dans des délais très courts. Même le dirigeant de l'entreprise a toujours été disponible pour nous accompagner et trouver des solutions adaptées à nos besoins. Les cahiers des charges sont bien conçus et comprennent des matériaux et équipements de qualité, ce qui permet de limiter les suppléments durant la construction. Un autre avantage important est que la plupart des corps de métier font partie intégrante de Wiesen-Piront. Le recours à la sous-traitance est donc limité, ce qui facilite la coordination du chantier et garantit un meilleur suivi des travaux. Nous avons été tellement satisfaits de cette première expérience que nous avons décidé d'acheter un appartement destiné à la location, également en cours de construction par Wiesen-Piront. Nous recommandons sans hésitation la société Wiesen-Piront à toute personne souhaitant construire ou investir dans un bien immobilier.
