TERRIBLE client service. They sell windows but then if you have a problem don't expect any help. I have contacted them several times, sent reminders, given them phone calls. The only time I got a reply they told me that someone will eventually reply. It has now been a month... I have never experienced such a terrible client service.

Worse client service ever. We have a problem with a shutter. I have sent three emails, called them several times. NO REPLY except to tell me that someone will revert to me. But no one did. They sell windows but then if you have a problem don't expect anyone to help you.

I contracted Zoellner for the change of all windows of my house. They are not the cheapest on the market but I have been very satisfied with their service. They have proposed great solutions at times even cheaper ones with the best results. My order has been a complicated ones but the prices, changes and status was always communicated in a very honest and transparent manner. I highly recommend their service and use it again myself.
