Have been a customer of Tema Plus SARL for a number of years. Inherited them when we bought our house. Service has no been great but something that had to be endured. You call but get no call-back, you write emails and get no response. We will no longer use this company for the following reason. They recommended some work during the annual inspection (2024) which we then had done. We were not 100% certain it was required but proceeded anyway. Once the work was done we then had problems with water hammer. Called, not called back. Eventually spoke to someone who reluctantly agreed to send the person who did the work. The person came but did not fix the problem. Called again nothing, wrote again nothing. Eventually had the problem fixed and it was 100% caused by the work done by Tema Plus SARL. We had to pay them to damage our heating system. We will no longer beg and pay this company to do substandard work. -3 Stars
