Was ein top Betrieb in 2 Wochen nicht ordentlich repariert hatte oder konnte haben Costa Energy CENERGY in 8 Stunden ordentlich sauber und gut repariert. Ich kann diesen Betrieb nur weiter empfehlen.

Entreprise absolument sérieuse, avec un patron engagé et à l’écoute du client. Je peux juste recommander cette société pour son super travail propre. A refaire

I live in a building with rent and the owner called Cenergy to fix something on the heating ( I don’t know what ) . I was at home all day and the workers in 1 hour that they stayed in the basement to fix I don’t know what never came to tap to my door. Later after they left I went downstairs in the basement to pick something from my private cellar and I noticed that the workers from Cenergy went inside my private cellar without my permission. They went inside they forced the lock on the door because they retired a tube that was crossing my cellar. I am still shocked how they had the rudeness to do this …. It was full of rust everywhere but I noticed that they tried to clean it using paper towel that they took from a box that I have in the cellar…. I never saw such rudeness from someone in my life. I was home all day , that had just to tap at my door to ask me to open the cellar but NO because that’s a professional enterprise…. I called the police, they came , they took fingerprints to be sure …..
